Mainly semi-luxury accessories, accessible to the urban bourgeoisie. Several devotional jewels, rosaries or small reliquaries, but also scented jewels, gold and silver chains, hat signs, buttons and belt buckles...
This publication retraces the history of this treasure and honours unpublished and unique objects in French public collections - an extremely rare and precious testimony to a production that has largely disappeared and that a simple chance has brought back to light...
