Geneviève Bodin, known as Geneviève Asse was born in Vannes in 1923. Initially seduced by still life, Geneviève Asse gradually moved towards abstraction in the 1950s. This etching, full of luminous vibrations, captures the light thanks to the grain of the aquatint. Color and line organize the composition. The line is suspended in the space of the symmetrical dialogue between the two plates that make up the work.
