This black key ring is modelled on the large clock at the Musée d'Orsay, a former railway station built for the 1900 World's Fair.
The Musée d'Orsay clock is one of the few remaining vestiges of the time when the museum was a railway station. Opened in 1900, this new Parisian station was intended for journeys to the south-west of France. In 1986, it was converted into a museum and today all that remains of it is the 32-metre-high main hall and the famous clock at the far end.
